Low Threshold Buprenorphine
Connecting People in Rural Communities to Lifesaving Care
Under COAST – Coordinated Opioid and Stimulant Treatment – CBHN coordinates a network of local substance use service providers dedicated to offering a holistic and coordinated approach to opioid and stimulant use treatment. Our mission is to provide individuals who use substances with access to free, confidential, and same-day Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) and ongoing care.
The Low Threshold Buprenorphine grant expands the COAST network to ensure that individuals in rural communities have access to the same diverse range of services, including substance use prevention, treatment, recovery support, and harm reduction that exist in urban areas, to ensure that individuals can find the help they need, when they need it.
